ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities : . - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. - Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into a ServiceNow solution. - Develop and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform. - Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet the needs of the organization. - Customize ServiceNow to meet specific business requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow platform. - Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure successful integration of ServiceNow with other systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ServiceNow platform. - Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow development and best practices. - Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers and engineers. Requirements : . - At least 8-10 years of experience with ServiceNow platform. - At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow development, including customizations and integrations. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. - Experience leading and mentoring teams. - Should possess sound knowledge on IT Application architecture, Design methodologies across multiple platforms. - Should have good grip on non-functional areas like performance, scalability studies, human interaction, software ergonomics. - Knowledge of design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security. - Knowledge of agile software development process. - Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communications skills. - Passionate about technology and excited about the emerging/disruptive technologies.
