Requirements : As an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle systems, your role revolves around managing and optimizing the Install Base module within Oracle applications. Here's an overview of what your responsibilities might entail : - Configuring the Oracle Install Base module to reflect the client's installed base hierarchy, product structures, and service contract entitlements. - Customizing the module as needed to accommodate unique business processes and requirements. - Planning and executing data migration activities to ensure accurate and complete transfer of existing installed base data into the Oracle system. - Integrating Oracle Install Base with other modules or external systems such as CRM, ERP, and field service management systems to enable seamless data flow and process automation. - Offering ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices for managing the install base within Oracle applications. - Creating and maintaining documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals to support the Oracle Install Base solution. - Continuously reviewing and optimizing the use of Oracle Install Base module to improve efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with evolving business needs.
