Engineering Manager - Full Stack Development

Hiring for US-based - Cloud Product company in Bengaluru Currently seeking to hire an Engineering Leader - Backend with 10 years of full-stack experience, including approximately 3 years in managing multiple teams. Lead a team of engineers in developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-throughput backend systems. 2. Architect technically sound solutions that meet the scalability and performance requirements of the platform. 3. Manage multiple teams and ensure effective collaboration and communication. 4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and prioritize tasks. 6. Drive initiatives related to system design, scalability, and performance optimization. 7. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. 8.
