Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and speech processing. You will be responsible for leading projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage small teams of annotators and ML engineers to deliver high-quality AI products. - Develop and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including LLMs, RAG, NLP, computer vision, and speech processing. - Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to answer user queries from documents and maintain chat context for seamless interaction. - Fine-tune and deploy state-of-the-art language models (e.g., GPT-3.5, GPT-4, LLaMA2, Mistral-7B, Falcon) for question answering and other applications. - Develop custom hierarchical parsers and chunking algorithms for processing image and text PDFs and Doc files. - Implement keyphrase extraction, sentiment analysis, and classification models to provide insights from user data. - Create and maintain automated batch processes for large-scale image segmentation and inpainting tasks. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored AI solutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies. Requirements : - Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. - 4 years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and speech processing. - Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant ML frameworks. - Experience with LLMs, RAG, Langchain, Llama-index, Huggingface, and other AI tools. - Strong skills in SQL, Shell scripting, Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP). - Experience with image classification, segmentation, and inpainting. - Excellent teamwork, leadership, and client-handling skills. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Publications and certifications in relevant fields are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with Dialogflow and Rasa for voicebot and chatbot development. - Experience in developing AI solutions for diverse domains such as healthcare, automotive, oil and gas, and real estate. - Proven track record of successful project delivery and impact on business outcomes.
