Manager - SAP FICO Module

Specifications : Experience (in years) : 8-12 years Industry Preferred : Automotive / Durable / FMCG / Any Manufacturing Qualifications : Cost Accountant Job purpose : Collaborate with finance functions to understand business processes and provide feasible solutions in Finance & Costing module of SAP S4HANA ERP. Benchmark industry and recommend, design solutions and implement continuous improvement in the business process. Roles & responsibilities : - Process design and configuration knowledge of SAP FICO module as per business requirement in integration with cross modules. - SAP FICO configuration management e.g. New GL accounting with activation of document splitting, taxation procedure i.e. taxes on sales and purchase (GST), Extended Withholding Tax, Financial Accounting, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account mapping. - Experience in SAP Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank, Cash, Funds Management, Master Data maintenance and Payment automation processes. - Business process knowledge of Cost Centre Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Activity based Costing, Product Cost Controlling, Bill of Material, Routing, Production Version, Statistical Key Figures and Costing. - Hands-on in resolving routine business operation issues related to finance & costing in integration with other modules. - Consult with custom code developers and provide technical specifications for interfaced solution. - Requests preparing Functional Specifications for change requests review, Testing and guiding technical team members. Functional Competencies : - Techno-Functional background with domain knowledge of Finance & costing function in the organization. - Have managed FICO module for large SAP install base and minimum two project experience in SAP migration at an enterprise level. - Interface with IT service partner to assign and ensure timely delivery of identified deliverables.
