SmartConnectt Technologies - Quality Assurance Lead - Manual/Automation Testing

Job Description : UNFYD is seeking a skilled QA Lead proficient in both manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as experience in both manual and automated testing processes and team handling experience. Responsibilities : - Leading a team of testers and be responsible for the quality of their work - Creating test plans and strategies - Identifying and documenting defects - Tracking Quality Assurance metrics (e.g. defect density, open defect count) - Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives - Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products. QA Lead Requirements & Skills : - 6 years of experience in software testing - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team of testers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Center) - Experience in Selenium Web-driver.
