As the Senior Receptionist, you will be the face of the clinic, ensuring an exceptional client journey from the moment they arrive. This London-based role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a welcoming demeanour who can maintain the clinic's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Front of House team, overseeing all email and phone enquiries.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain detailed logs, while managing weekly and monthly orders.
• Welcome clients with a professional and friendly attitude that aligns with the clinic’s luxury reputation.
• Ensure a smooth and seamless client experience from arrival to departure, adhering to the clinic's high standards.
• Support client engagement and outreach efforts, tracking interactions and enhancing client retention.
• Oversee and coordinate the staff rota and front-of-house operations.
• Provide training for new staff and maintain the clinic's reputation for excellence and discretion.
• Manage the clinic's primary email account, ensuring prompt responses to client and team
• queries.
