Cover Supervisor Role – Full-time
Location: Islington
Pay: £550-600 per week (PAYE)

We are recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in a dynamic secondary school full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build their skills in behaviour management and lesson delivery before pursuing teacher training. ✨
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in to manage classrooms when teachers are absent, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and that students remain on task. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting students’ learning across a range of subjects. This role is perfect for gaining hands-on experience and developing confidence in leading a class.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree from a Top 30 UK university (ideally in a core subject such as English, Maths, or Science)
- Strong classroom presence and the ability to engage and motivate students
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is beneficial but not essential
