Your responsibilities

• participate in month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• prepare detailed financial reports, analyses, and accounting documentation
• reconcile accounts and manage accounting entries, ensuring compliance with internal controls
• oversee the reclassification of Accounts Receivable credit balances
• develop and analyze monthly audit reports related to payment terms, credit limits, and system blocks
• generate regular reports on customer payments, credit limit breaches, and disputed invoices, providing insights for decision-making
• support both internal and external audit processes, offering solutions to discrepancies identified during reviews
• contribute to the annual financial review of customer credit limits, aligning with business goals
• manage and maintain accurate customer Master Data to ensure process efficiency
• provide support in factoring processes to optimize working capital management
• continuously enhance financial processes to meet high standards of customer satisfaction
• handle ad hoc tasks related to Financial Risk Management

Our requirements

• minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or a related field
• bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis methodologies
• proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• fluent English communication skills (B2 level or above)
• strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Optional

• knowledge of SAP systems
• interest in learning Power BI and VBA for data automation and reporting
• familiarity with ARMS and HFM/One Stream is a plus
