FP&A Analyst - Controlling

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting Manufacturing Finance and the Factory Controllers in all Finance activities (managing the intra group elimination process in FRANGO, solving all differences between main pack and factory pack, transfer costs calculation and adjustments, supporting idle machinery review of MSC and monthly closing).
  • Supporting of ongoing financial forecasts for the current financial and plan years to meet the requirements and deadlines for the MSC function (including supporting in distribution of reporting timetable and instructions).
  • Providing extended insights & commentary of movements between actuals, forecasts, latest estimates and last year, with supporting variance analysis of various financial impacts.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly reporting with first pass narrative.
  • Working collaboratively with the other CoC FP&A team members to ensure cross market learning, communication and continuous process improvement to automate & enhance reporting capability (both technology and process improvements).

Our requirements

  • Good level of experience supporting a multi-national FP&A operation from a Shared Service Centre / captive perspective or controlling experience
  • Previous experience / knowledge of SAP and complex financial models (excel based) is essential. ·
  • Ability to extract & analyse financial information and explain it clearly at senior levels. ·
  • Ability to work collaboratively across an organisation and externally in order to resolve issues. ·
  • Able to react to changing circumstances (both internally & externally)- naturally curious with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Capable of handling a variety of tasks & prioritising accordingly to meet deadlines.
