Invoicing Specialist with Czech
Miejsce pracy: KrakówYour responsibilities
- inputting the volumes into salesforce system and calculating the rebates for the customers
- looking after proper document flow
- cooperating and discussing any confusions with our partner
- regulary updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of relevant operational issues
- creating of sundry invoices
- posting bonuses for customers
- being responsible for Cancellations of Billing transaction
- printing and sending documents out to the EDI platfrom or directly to the customers
- being responsible for all activites related with the month end closing
Our requirements
- have excellent written and verbal Czech (C1/C2) language skills
- speaks English fluently
- want to broaden Your knowledge in Finance field
- are accurate and detail oriented
- have experience in knowledge transfer of processes
- have experience in procedure preparation
- have basic knowledge of Excel
