Rate: 115 - 140 PLN/h net on B2B

Your responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage current funded projects and ensure deliverables and milestones within the projects. Scouting of new funding opportunities along our roadmap to support Company growth. Within Global Product Organization / Systems, Products Vehicle Architecture Group / Safety Architecture, Regulation & Standards, Public Fundings (GPO/SDV/VSR/RSF), you’ll be in charge of:

• managing current funded project,

• scouting new funding opportunities for AS&UX in all regions,

• establishing and monitoring AS&UX Funding Portfolio and

• supporting the Global Product Org. concerning funded programs and projects at global level

Key duty and responsibilities:

- Responsibility & accountability of project/ financial management of granted projects:

- Preparation and execution of team meetings

- Tracking and ensuring deliverables & milestones

- Preparation of periodic/ final cost claims

- Collection of audit-proof proofs of use

- Tracking and reporting of costs and received fundings (internal/external)

Funding management (FM):

- Improvement of funding management process

- Maintenance of our current funding portfolio

- Creation of a tailored funding portfolio based on Company interests and roadmap

- Preparation and execution of GPO FM monthly meeting

Scouting of new funding opportunities on different levels: Regional, National, EU & others

- Identification of and interaction with important stakeholders in-&outside Company (e.g., Universities, Partners, fundings agencies, gvt agencies etc.)

- Attendance in conferences to scout new programs & broaden our partner network

Support & coordinate the application processes

- Identification and assessment of requirements for application

- Internal review of relevant programs for AS&UX & relevant documents with technical, legal and gov. affairs team Interface between stakeholders

Employer requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in financial industry
• Member who is keen on learning every day as she will support Company in new technologies
• Administrative experience
• Experience with the preparation and management of documentation at the time of audit control
• Experience in Project Management
• Ability to work under pressure in international project
• Well organized as different projects and different tasks at same time
• Can speak English, Polish and German at good level B2+/C2 (for EU discussion for instance)
• At ease to animate functional teams
