Your responsibilities

• Partner with the site director and executive team on financial analysis and decision-making.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Optimize pricing models, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting.
• Oversee all financial accounting activities for month-end close.
• Mange year-end audit, tax compliance and statutory reporting
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and Capex to ensure financial stability.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with Polish regulations and internal controls.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Our requirements

• Qualified accountant with 7+ years of experience (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
• 5+ years in financial leadership, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong skills in pricing, cost management, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
