For our client, a global provider of comprehensive cloud solutions, integrating HR, payroll processing, talent management, timekeeping, taxes, and benefits, we are looking for: Payroll-Platnik Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Produce timely and accurate reports according to processes and agreed deadlines
• Płatnik regular Registrations/ deregistrations, data changes, reconciliations
• Płatnik additional corrections and manual inputs (late data, corrections)
• Płatnik Report ZUS IWA - to pdf
• Retroactive Payments

Employer requirements

• Client service attitude focus on relationship at a partner’s level
• Operational flexibility: work independently, collaborative (multiple teams)  and team oriented
• Analytical, logical, procedural and methodological skills at an expert level. Accuracy and great attention to detail.
• Native polish speaker and minimum English B2 level
• Platnik Knowledge and Polish Payroll Knowledge
• Payroll reconciliations, exceptions and variance analysis and resolution
• Experience in a similar environment working on  payrolls (5,000+ volume)
