We are seeking a Senior Collection Specialist to support our international client in managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections.

Your responsibilities

• completed studies in finance, accounting, business or related field
• very good knowledge of English and one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Dutch
• minimum 3 years of experience in the area of ​​AR/collections
• knowledge of SAP
• very good communication and cooperation skills
• detail-oriented and self-motivated
• proficient in analyzing financial data
• good organizational and time management skills
• knowledge of Microsoft Office
• strong customer orientation

Employer requirements

• provide resolution support to collections specialist
• manage a segment of key accounts and support the maintenance and enhancement of key accounts
• develop training materials and procedures regarding key account collection processes
• establish strong working relationships with other teams and internal/external customer contacts
• improve productivity and service, utilizing knowledge of multiple credit systems and divisional programs by suggesting changes
• provide collection input around specific key account customer segments and cooperate with the reporting teams to develop or enhance reports and analysis around key account AR portfolio
• coach and train collections specialists
