Are you an experienced financial professional with a strong background in Accounts Payable management and a passion for leading high-performing teams?

Together with our international client we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager to oversee Accounts Payable department, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will lead a team of talented professionals and play a key role in shaping the financial future of organization!

Your responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Collaboration
• Leading accounts payable teams to deliver consistent, high-quality services.
• Managing communication and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders across different areas.
• Supporting leadership development, ensuring balanced resources, and enhancing team skills.
• Building networks to identify best practices and opportunities for process improvement.
• Leadership in Accounts Payable
• Shaping the strategic direction, roadmap, and performance goals for the Source-to-Pay function.
• Ensuring compliance and robust controls in accounts payable processes across multiple teams and locations.
• Overseeing the implementation of tools and processes that drive efficiency and standardization.
• Operational Excellence and Improvement
• Driving continuous improvement by setting performance targets and monitoring progress.
• Collaborating in cross-functional projects to optimize processes and introduce new technologies.
• Partnering with procurement and IT to enhance automation throughout the Source-to-Pay cycle.

Employer requirements

• Min. 8 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, shared services, consulting or process development
• Education in finance/accounting or equivalent competences in relevant field
• Fluent English
• Experience in Shared Services
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Shared Services track record of driving process improvements including change management and with several stakeholders.
• Good team management skills.
• Responsible person with excellent analytical skills
