Title : Senior Engineer (Windows Server) L2 Open Positions : 1 Work Location : Ghodbunder Rd Thane (W) Work Timings : Rotational Shift Responsibilities : - Working on Windows servers. - Version 2012, 2016, 2019, etc. - Providing L2 technical support to respective L1 engineers. - Administrator role for server & network (Switches, Firewall, Routers, Wireless equipment, and server). - L2 Support for troubleshooting of server hardware and Operating system. - L2 Support for troubleshooting of network hardware. - Ability to create scripts in PowerShell (Optional). - Reviewing system error logs & user-reported errors. - Monitoring & Managing servers, Firewall, network, internet link, and other Backup Applications. - Monthly maintenance activity on Local UAT Prod servers & network devices / Prod server - create maintenance activity plan. - Coordination with vendors for new purchase & renew service. - Handling management calls. - Manage all inventory - software & hardware / License. - Support given to mail clients & vendors. - Prod server - create DR activity plan & perform with application & DB team, also provide reports. - Call with Azure & Synergetic Microsoft ISP service provider & other vendors to resolve problems as soon as possible. - Providing technical support including identifying problem incidents with their subsequent resolutions. - Installed and configured various applications Software Like Win 10pro, Win 11pro, MS Office 2016, 2019 & O365, MS Projects, and MS Outlook for mails access and Internet Explorer. - Monthly MIS reports, System Inventory management, SOP creation, etc. - Create production server DR & Servers Migration activity plan & perform with application EDI & DB team, also provide reports. Candidate Profile : Experience : - Min 2 years of relevant experience in Windows Server. Qualification : - Any Graduate/Post-Graduate in B.tech or related field Requirements : - Good Windows Server and team handling knowledge. - Default ports and Outlook configuration knowledge. - Software installation knowledge. - Basic networking knowledge. - Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. - Problem-solving skills and multitasking ability (ref:hirist.tech)
