A rare opening within a highly sought-after, prestigious hedge fund for a new Regulatory / Funds Lawyer to join their ranks; seeking a mid level lawyer, this In-House Counsel role, offers the successful candidate the chance to further their legal career in the Funds, Private Equity, and Regulatory sector,

The Role:

As the new In House Counsel, you will be:

• Working on all aspects of in house legal work


• Providing general legal support for the asset management business across UK, Europe, Asia and Middle East


• Ensuring governance and regulatory compliance across UK, Europe, Asia and Middle East


• Advising on in scope asset management related regulations, including. GDPR, EMIR, AIFMD and MiFID


• Reviewing/negotiating/drafting a range of agreements including commercial contracts, trading and financing agreements, NDAs, DPAs and research agreements


• Instructing and working with external counsel as required

About You:

To thrive in this Regulatory / Funds Lawyer role, you will require:

• NQ-7 years PQE status
