We have offices in London and Sydney



We are looking for a self- motivated Business Development Executive who is looking for a diverse role that can provide extensive exposure to various business development, marketing and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience working in business development including:




  • building partnerships; identifying and pursing new business opportunities; and developing and implementing strategies.



Must-have criteria for this role:




  • English language proficiency; sales and marketing skills; independent, resourceful, and confident with great problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management, staff and clients; proactive, able to take the initiative and anticipate the firm’s and client’s needs; ability to work effectively with a range of personality types and seniority levels; self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results; be able to jump in and support the team when/where needed; lead and be one step ahead, constantly be thinking about what needs to be done next to improve things for the team and our clients. Think of new initiatives, new ways of doing things, and introduce them into the workday, to help move us forward; ability to work in an environment requiring attention to detail and high levels of accuracy; ability to work autonomously where required, meet deadlines and handle queries from inside and outside the company ability to commute to the office as this is an in-office role; and a mac laptop as we operate a BYOA(pple) policy to allow for maximum agility.



The Business Development Executive will work along with the marketing team and the leaders of the firm to drive business growth around the world. This involves developing, managing and implementing a business development strategy including without limitation:






  • identifying potential clients, developing relationships through market research and networking; acquiring new business, nurturing and growing of business (incl. revenue, sales, penetration) and client relationships; owning the implementation of a practical and effective contact management strategy approach to acquire and retain clients; managing and being accountable for a pipeline of new business and upselling opportunities, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed financial targets; ensuring regular and strategic engagement with clients, pipe growth and ultimately, over -achievement against sales, BD and revenue targets; acting as a ambassador for the company to enhance our brand awareness; and building and maintain a strong brand reputation through effective communication and marketing efforts



The right candidate will also have:




  • bachelor’s degree or relevant education levels; a vibrant personality and energy; experience in business development and a proven track record of consistently meeting / exceeding targets and KPIs; a passion, knowledge and understanding of business development and sales;








  • excellent communication skills, both orally and written and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels; a team player dynamic that is ready for challenge; and strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
