Our client, a leading US practice now expanding in the UK, seeks a high calibre Associate for their London team focussing on Anti Trust, Competition & Trade Regulation. The role will include;

• distribution & retailer strategies and agreements for consumer brands

• merger control and FDI filings

• behavioural competition advice and investigations

• industry sustainability collaborations

You must be a qualified UK solicitor from a Top Tier law firm, holding or eligible for a valid Solicitors’ Practicing Certificate, with at least 2 years PQE and relevant experience in some of the above. You must also have a strong academic record and the ability to pick up new areas quickly.
