Job Title: IP Administrator

Location: St Pauls (London)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days in 2 WFH, or 2 days in 3 WFH

Flexible working hours: The option to start work between (07:30 - 10 pm) and have the flexibility to manage your day as long as you complete 7.5 hours per day

Salary: depending on experience (£25,000 - £30,000) + benefits

Role Overview: They are seeking ambitious IP Administrators to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of IP law firm experience and is looking to progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering details of new cases into the IP management system ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Reviewing and identifying any due dates from incoming correspondence and diarising said dates in Inprotech.
• Handling incoming correspondence from foreign associates and clients including hard-copy mail and electronic correspondence and logging appropriate deadlines and actions onto the firm’s IP management system – Inprotech.
• Monitoring the daily critical due date list to ensure that Fee Earners are aware of all due dates which require action on the day.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Inprotech (records system application)
• 1+years working within a Records or IP department
• Knowledge of IP and patent processes
