Our client, an innovative and fast-growing creative agency, is looking for a talented Mid to Senior Motion Designer to join their team. Specialising in high-impact digital campaigns and visual storytelling, the agency works with renowned global brands across various sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled motion designer to play a pivotal role in shaping compelling visuals for leading brands, working on diverse projects ranging from digital content to broadcast and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop dynamic motion graphics, animations, and video content across various platforms, including digital, social media, broadcast, and web.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and other team members to conceptualise and execute innovative ideas that align with client objectives.
- Lead motion design projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines are met, and the creative vision is executed to the highest standard.
- Participate in client meetings, present motion design ideas, and incorporate feedback to refine the final product.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of a strong, collaborative motion design team.
- Stay on top of emerging trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and video production to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Ensure all motion design assets are optimised for different media platforms (social, web, broadcast, etc.) and meet technical specifications.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across a variety of platforms and media.
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a bonus.
- A standout portfolio of motion design work that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and the ability to deliver high-quality results across diverse projects.
- A keen eye for detail, storytelling, and design, with a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and animation principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to creatively solve problems and adapt designs to meet client and project needs.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
