Architectural Project Manager

I have an opportunity for an Architectural Project Manager with a global leader in the design and delivery of Healthcare and Life Sciences.

Based out of their London studios, my client are currently looking for an experienced, creative project manager with an architectural background. This would suit either an existing PM or a Project Architect looking to move into a PM role.

The role will require strong team management experience working on large-scale and complex projects; overseeing the production of project deliverables and interpret the client’s needs.

You will have at least 8-10 years working with Architecture and ideally 2-3 years PM experience, previous experience working within the Healthcare and Science sectors would be highly advantageous.

You will be able to demonstrate strong working knowledge of pre-design through Construction Administration, including contract negotiation, resource management, work plan development and the ability to work with a variety of project delivery methodologies. Strong Revit is essential combined with Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator is desirable.
