Back Office Officer (CBD/ $4,500) (ID: 655814)

Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for a Back Office Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct back office general operations, settlement, input vouchers for loans, securities, money market transactions, swaps and forex.
• Prepare periodical reports for Head Officefore relevant regulatory agencies.
• File deal tickets and confirmations, account statements, transaction documentation, etc.
• Operate accounting system and settlement system (SWIFT).
• Check the daily bank statement and maintain adequate account balance.
• Monitor fund transfers (inward and outward remittance), customer’s accounts.
• Assist the Back Office Manager and Middle Office Manager by managing the accounting system, entering input sheets and printing out data sheets.
• Assist the Compliance Manager with daily AML monitoring, KYC filings, processing audit requests and revising operational policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the General Manager and Senior Deputy General Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in any field
• PC skills (Microsoft Office)
• Good communication skill, strong learning ability and multi-tasking skill
• Experience in bank back office is a plus
