Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description : Exceleron's Test Manager reports to Chief Technology Officer and works closely with the Engineering and Customer Support teams to manage the creation, testing and documentation of test cases. The Test Manager coordinates efforts to ensure that deployed systems at key utility customers adhere to configured utility business rules and is responsible for coordinating the tracking and reporting of found defects via a trouble ticket system. Responsibilities : - Provide supervision and guidance and setting priorities to members of the test team. - Need to manage US testing resources. - Help define test goals and objectives for the team based on the specific utility project. - Coordinate the creation of Test Cases based functional specifications with the help of a system/subject matter expert. - Create traceability matrices by mapping test cases to use cases to requirements. - Capture project risks and mitigations. - Manage the execution of the test program and subsets of test cases in multiple customer test environments. - Coordinate the capture and documentation of any discovered defects via a trouble-ticket system. - Coordinate the testing of any fixed defects that are promoted to the Testing Environments. - Must have financial domain experience. Position Requirements : - 10 to 20 years of proven experience in testing related position. - Extensive experience in Azure DevOps Testing and Automation Testing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and should have the ability to solve complex problem. - Possession of excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to articulate and communicate concisely and crisply. - Ability to multi-task and shift gears quickly, work independently and collaboratively, adapt easily to shifting priorities, process changes and schedule changes. - Outstanding individual initiative; extremely driven and able to successfully set priorities, drive decisions and get closure on recommendations and issues. - Excellent oral, written, and presentation communications skills with the ability to communicate concisely. - Proficient with MS Office Tools (e.g. , Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint,).
