Join our dynamic and rapidly growing mobile wound care team! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and experienced licensed Physician Assistants looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes.
About Us:
We specialize in delivering advanced wound care in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences. Operating in 8 states, we are expanding rapidly and currently care for approximately 300 patients.
Cities include:
West Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Everett, Monroe, North Creek, Martha Lake, Mukilteo, Marysville, Alderwood Manor, Woodinville, Bothell, Lynnwood, Kenmore, Mountlake Terrace, North Marysville.
Position Details:
- Role: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant
- Commitment: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
- Patient Load: Max census of 30-35 patients, approximately 7-9 per day
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $170,000/year
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid out quarterly)
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), and Tuition Reimbursement
Job Duties:
- Provide patient-centered care for a diverse range of medical conditions.
- Diagnose and treat chronic and acute illnesses.
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
