Job Description

The .Net Developer will work with business and development team in identifying, designing, and developing technical architecture solution components. This job requires a pragmatic visionary that can translate business needs into workable technology solutions that scale both technically and operationally and raise the engineering and operational standards. This position will also be responsible for application performance; from performance modeling to performance measuring/profiling, to performance tuning.

HCEW Management Services, LLC provides administrative support services to Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, LLC ("UTMC"), HCEW-MS, and affiliated entities. UTMC, a family-owned 110-year-old company, is the long-term industry leader in refrigerated semi-trailers and North America's fourth largest semi-trailer manufacturer. UTMC has six manufacturing factories - five in various states within the United States and one in Mexico -- and a research and development facility in California.

HCEW and UTMC are headquartered in City of Industry, California. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include:
• Analyses software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Provides design recommendations and options, develops, and integrates programs per specifications.
• Defines scope of multiple complex projects.
• Estimates effort required for own work and checks and agrees other team members' estimates.
• Accountable for planning work assigned to their team, including work breakdown, accurate estimate, and identification of solution options.
• Accountable for tracking status of team's work and ensuring deliverables are produced on agreed schedules and being a team player
• Meets timeframes and schedules to meet business needs.
• Presents status updates for various projects to project management and senior managers.
• Ensures self and team develop modules using disciplined processes, adhering to industry standards and best practice guidelines.
• Works with users to understand technology and performs technical due diligence on third party technology delivery.
• Identifies ways to improve the operation of own area and to achieve efficiencies and results and assists in process improvement.
• Provides technical guidance to team members.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
• 7+ years of progressive technology experience in custom application development and testing in Windows and .NET environments
• 3+ years' experience managing cross-platform .Net application development utilizing both internal and external development teams
• 3+ years' experience in enterprise level application architecture design and implementation in a mixed environment consisting of integrated off-the-shelf and custom written applications
• Experience in DevOps for code management
• Strong programming language skill in ASP.NET, MVC/Core, C#, SQL, etc.
• Experience working with Client-side technology HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.
• Great technical and problem-solving skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Results oriented/self-directed ability to drive change in unstructured environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills "customer focus"
• Manage and develop internal customer relationships at all levels of the organization to achieve mutual goals
• Outstanding people management skills
• Experience in RESTFUL API
• Exposure to any of the following a plus:
o Manufacturing environment
o Microsoft Dynamics D365
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM
o Microsoft Power Platform
o Visual Basic
o Lawson M3 or S3
o AS400/RPG Programming
o Full life-cycle ERP implementation projects
o Cloud-host conversions
o Agile methodologies
o Experience in Telerik Kendo Controls
• Minimal (< 10%) travel will occasionally be required

Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Regularly exercises discretion and the ability to prioritize workload.

Certifications, Licenses & Registrations
ITIL, CSM, CAPM, PMP, PMI-PBA, and/or PMI-ACP certification(s) a plus

Compensation
Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000 annually
