- 10+ years of experience in construction
- Experience with higher eduction, T/I work, high rise, and or mixed use
- Experience with Procore
- Degree preferred, not required
- Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
- Industry consistent work history
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the project meets specifications and legal requirements.
- Create and manage the project budget, ensuring cost control throughout the construction process.
- Analyze and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documentation.
