Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom and luxury home building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of custom and luxury home building projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, adjust schedules as necessary, and report on project status to clients and management.
• Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality specifications.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between clients and the project team to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the custom home or luxury home building industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
