Business Administrator

ARM are supporting an automotive client based in Chichester to recruit a Business Administrator.


This is a 12-month rolling contract, inside IR35—hybrid working available: 3 days on-site per week.


In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various teams as a centralised administrator.


Responsibilities:

  • Organise and file all POs into the relevant files.
  • Liaise with external suppliers
  • Monitor relevant trackers and invoices, ensuring they are maintained and directed to the correct person.
  • All internal administration, eg. booking meeting rooms, hotels etc.
  • Accept, label and dispatch all shipments.
  • Stock check and ordering of the stationary cupboard.
  • Welcome visitors, provide equipment and grant access rights.
  • Deal with IT issues, and monitor completion.
  • Liaise with teams to book events and internal meetings.

Experience:

  • Experience using SAP or a similar accounting system
  • Exerpeicne with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident to author English.
  • Strong IT experience, using MS Office Packages.
