Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in industrial environments, such as oil fields, refineries, and manufacturing facilities.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan and execute industrial electrical projects.
- Install, connect, and maintain heavy-duty electrical equipment, machinery, and control systems.
- Bend and install conduit, including rigid and EMT, to protect electrical wiring.
- Operate lifts and work at heights to perform electrical tasks.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing efficient and safe solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, local and national electrical codes, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and industrial clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Document all work performed, including time, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in industrial electrical systems.
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in industrial electrical work.
- Proficiency in bending and installing conduit, including rigid and EMT.
- Experience operating lifts and working safely at heights.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, machinery, and code requirements.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and professionalism.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various industrial environments, sometimes in harsh conditions, with a flexible schedule.
- Ability to pass a background screening.

- Experience in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial is as plus, as we work in all three.
