Doc Thompson Plumbing LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Construction Plumber to oversee commercial and residential plumbing projects. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing project timelines, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and coordinating with project managers and subcontractors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage plumbing projects to meet construction timelines and exceed client expectations.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential plumbing systems, including water, gas, and sewer lines, in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure seamless communication and project flow.
• Assist in developing and managing project schedules to ensure all plumbing work is completed on time and within scope.
• Provide detailed cost estimates, purchase orders, and manage material procurement and delivery for plumbing projects.
• Proactively identify and resolve plumbing-related challenges on the job site, ensuring the best possible outcomes for scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite while ensuring the protection of materials and equipment.
• Support and mentor your plumbing crew, offering professional development opportunities and fostering a positive, team-oriented work culture.
• Uphold and promote health, safety, and environmental standards in all project activities.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Plumber in commercial and residential construction projects.
• Journeyman or Red Seal certification in plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, plumbing standards, and best practices for both commercial and residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Reliable transportation with a valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in construction or plumbing management are preferred but not required.
