Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Service & Repair: Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings, including leaks, drips, toilets, showers, and more.
- Diagnostic Expertise: Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions to resolve them.
- Installation: Install new plumbing systems and fixtures, ensuring they meet all safety and building code requirements.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients to explain the nature of the problem, the work required, and provide estimates for repairs or installations.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
- Drainage & Sewer Services: Provide drainage and sewer cleaning services, including conducting video inspections to assess the condition of pipes.
- Remodeling Support: Assist with washroom remodeling projects, ensuring plumbing systems are properly integrated into new designs.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and plumbing codes to ensure a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and client interactions.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Plumber, with a strong background in both residential and commercial plumbing. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Wisconsin is preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using plumbing tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Physical Ability: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to complete projects.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- You are not expected to be on call 24/7, take weekends to spend with family.
