Your new role
This is a part-time role. As the Payroll Manager, you will oversee the complete payroll process for clients, ensuring salaries, bonuses, and benefits are paid accurately and on time.
- Stay updated on payroll legislation and regulations and act as the primary contact for any payroll-related queries or issues.
- Collaborate closely with clients, MRC, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports on a monthly, weekly, quarterly, and annual basis, manage auto-enrollment, and issue necessary tax forms such as P45s, P60s, and P11Ds.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you'll ideally have over two years' experience in a payroll position at an accountancy firm. You'll also:
- Have experience with both BRIGHT Pay and Senta Practice Management
- A fundamental understanding of payroll processing
- Knowledge of taxes and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
