Commercial Development Manager

Location: Birmingham, 2 days in office/site per week remainder from home
Salary: £44,332 - £52,614.22

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• A property-based degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience of negotiating and delivering property development projects and transactions from inception to completion.
• Property valuation/development appraisals.
• Interest in property!
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Property surveyor experience with mid to large size consultancies ideal.
• Confidence to seek guidance/advice when needed.
• Willingness to travel (costs will be expensed).
• Interest in achieving APC qualification.

My client is a leading infrastructure client heading up the largest infrastructure project in Europe. They are looking for a Commercial Development Manager to manage property leaseback transactions and assist in taking development sites from the early stages through internal and external governance.

Your responsibilities as a Commercial Development Manager will include:

• Supporting the Head of Commercial Development to manage various contracts
• Working with and winning the confidence of multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining a wide network of internal and external relationships
• Overseeing the day-to-day implementation of the legally binding arrangements entered into by the client
