We are seeking a dedicated Unit Manager with a qualification in Mental Health Nursing to join our exceptional team at The Manor House. You will oversee a unit providing specialized care for individuals with young-onset dementia, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the unit's clinical and care teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Provide expert mental health support and guidance to residents and staff.
• Promote a compassionate and respectful care culture.

Requirements:

• Qualified Mental Health Nurse (NMC registered).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in dementia care is an advantage.
