Job Description
Venatu Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics Administrator for our client based in the Elland HX5 area. This role offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent position after 12 weeks.
Job Description:
- Perform general office administration in a logistics office
- Answer calls and respond to emails professionally
- Handle general office support tasks
- Book parcels with courier services
- Coordinate with haulage companies to ensure timely deliveries
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient transport booking
- Support the logistics team with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in office administration
- Ability to work effectively with a team and independently
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay Rate : £11.44 p/h
