As Contracts Manager, there will be multiple projects of varying sizes to run simultaneously, as well as a need to run the commercial/fiances on those projects once size - without the help of a QS/Commercials Manager.
Experience delivering CAT A + B projects between the values of £1-8m is necessary to tackle the upcoming pipeline of work within London.
