Job Description: As a Trailer Painter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are not only functional but also aesthetically appealing. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a smooth, durable finish on trailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Mix and apply paint and other finishes using spray equipment.
- Inspect and maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality results and timely completion of projects.
- Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an industrial painter or the willingness to learn
- Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
