As our Experienced Service Plumber, you'll typically start your day between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, depending on training sessions or meetings. Each day will vary on when you get done, meeting the needs of our customers.

With your scheduled hours, you can earn between $45,000 and $62,000 annually, with an additional pay rate for on-call hours!

THE TYPE OF EXPERIENCED SERVICE PLUMBER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

As an Experienced Service Plumber, you will be expected to follow company procedures and handle multiple service calls or rough-in jobs for residential and commercial customers. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring excellent customer experiences by delivering quality work on time, leaving work areas spotless, taking pictures, filling out paperwork, and collecting payments. Additionally, you will need to ask qualifying questions and provide tailored recommendations to offer our customers the best solutions to their needs. You will also be expected to actively participate in training seminars to expand and share your knowledge of EPHA-related services and mentor apprentices by teaching them best practices for exceeding company goals.

Can you meet the following requirements?

• 3+ years of experience
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to use company software

Preferred qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience
• Rough-in and/or service plumbing skills
