Role Description

We are looking for a couple of Project Managers with strong experience in Demolition to manage the a number of demolition projects for a leading organisation. This is a full-time position that will be a mix of on-site, home working and head office. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting projects, managing inspections, budgets, and overseeing logistics management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Demolition Sector essential
• Project Management skills
• Experience in expediting and inspection
• Logistics Management expertise
• Qualified with a CCDO black card
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Knowledge of relevant software applications
• Relevant certification or degree in Project Management or related field
