Head of Insurance

We have partnered with a leading insurer to find them a Head of Insurance. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing insurance strategy, driving operational excellence, and enhancing new product offerings. This role is not limited to but includes :

- Developing and implementing a strategic vision for the insurance division to drive growth and profitability.

- Overseeing the design, development, and management of insurance products and services.

- Leading and mentoring the insurance operations team, with responsibility around reinsurance relationships and strategy.

- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and regulatory bodies.

- Monitoring performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve targets.

- Collaborating with other departments to enhance cross-functional initiatives.
