Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer

Currently recruiting on behalf of a growing asset management firm, who are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Contracts lawyer into their team. You will be responsible for supporting the business in relation to all commercial contracts and outsourcing agreements, and will be acting in a standalone role as part of a small legal team. This is a key hire for the business and so you should have previous in-house experience within the wealth or asset management space.

Key Experience

• Previous experience working within wealth or asset management
• At least 6 years PQE
• Significant experience of commercial contracts work within a financial services firm
• Broad range of experience across contract drafting and negotiation
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills with both internal and external stakeholders
