Job Title: Head of Quality - Apprenticeships

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, Mon-Weds)

Salary: £80,000 per annum

Our client, a leading organisation in the apprenticeship sector, is seeking an experienced Head of Quality to join their team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive quality improvement initiatives and lead a small, dedicated team to ensure excellence across their apprenticeship provision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the quality strategy for the apprenticeship provision.
• Act as the nominee for inspection, bringing recent and relevant inspection experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with sector regulations and best practices.
• Manage a small team (3 direct reports), providing leadership and guidance to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior management to align quality processes with broader business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in the apprenticeship sector, with a deep understanding of its regulatory landscape.
• Recent experience as a nominee in a Ofsted inspection (last 5 years), with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Strong ability to lead quality initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated people leadership skills, managing and developing a team.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Compliance, including Data, Audit, and ILR, is an advantage, though not essential.
