Due to the company’s growth, there is an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Consultant to join their London team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making an impact in the renewable energy sector and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Delivery Consultant will:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates within the renewable energy market, particularly across the USA.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent to securing successful placements.
• Work closely with one of the company’s top billers, learning from and contributing to a high-performance team.
• Participate in business development activities, attending client meetings to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and supporting their growth.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 12-18 months of recruitment experience, ideally within the USA market.
• Background in recruiting within engineering or heavy industries
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities effectively.
