BioTalent is partnered with a biopharmaceutical leader that has a strong focus on gene therapy. The organisation is looking to hire a QA Operations Manager, with expertise across shop floor manufacturing.

This role will provide the opportunity to:

• Quality Assurance Oversight: Lead a team responsible for ensuring manufacturing operations adhere to quality standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Process and Metric Management: Monitor and analyze key quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
• Team Development and Leadership: Foster a strong quality culture, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

Experience required:

• Proven leadership experience in a QA supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (MHRA, FDA, ICH, EMA).
• Shop floor experience.
