The Role: The Regional Business Manager will join a respected company in the wood finishes industry, with over 120 years of experience and a 35% market share. In this role, you'll oversee the eastern regions of Kent, spending significant time traveling throughout the area and processing quotes and orders through the Maidstone branch. You'll be responsible for selling a diverse range of wood finishes to end users, including spraying contractors and manufacturers like cabinet and kitchen makers.

While you'll start with an established account base, your primary focus will be on expanding it, working with both small SMEs and larger corporate clients interested in our exceptional wood finishes product line. With a strong client portfolio and a supportive team in Maidstone, you will benefit from comprehensive onboarding and training to ensure your success in this position.

Supported by an American parent company, this industry leader is looking to recruit a Regional Business Manager who shares their passion for their products and is dedicated to nurturing long-lasting relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new opportunities.

For this Regional Business Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Ideally experience with wood coatings and finishes, and/or abrasives and adhesives
• All candidates with a background in technical B2B sales will be considered.
• Professional candidates who are invested in self-development.
• Have an appreciation for or experience with consultative sales.
• Must have a full driving licence.
