Taskmaster Resources are looking for a Parts Supervisor for our client based in Northampton.

Taskmaster Resources are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UKs largest car dealer groups to recruit for an experienced Parts Supervisor on a full time, permanent basis in Northampton. This role would suit an individual either already working in a supervisory capacity looking to further their career, or a Senior Parts Advisor ready for that next step!

Main duties:
The successful individual will lead and oversee the operations of the parts department.
Drive the dealerships market penetration by optimising parts sales to both trade and retail customers.
Control parts stock levels and maintain minimal debtor balances.
Ensure all departmental administration and operational data are completed accurately and on time.
Create and implement a marketing and publicity plan to effectively promote products and services.

Skills and Experience:
Have previous experience as a parts advisor, preferably within a franchised dealership.
Be a collaborative team player, comfortable working within established processes and procedures.
Be self-motivated, dedicated, and organised, with a strong focus on workplace Health & Safety.
Be proficient with technology and confident in using iPad software.
Have previous Volkswagen Audi Group (VAG) experience.
Hold a full, valid UK Driving License.

Benefits:
£30,000 - £35,000 with a potential bonus of up to £6,000!
Hours: Monday to Friday (with the occasional Saturday): 8am-6pm.
