Key Account Manager - Business Development

38-42k basic / 55k OTE + Car/allowance + Excellent benefits

South of Birmingham



As a Business Development Manager, your Responsibilities would be to:

  • Build new strategic partnerships: Foster strong, value-added relationships to grow the customer base.
  • Identify growth opportunities: Spot areas for increased profitability and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Secure Business: Negotiate new contracts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Drive account development: Create and implement tailored plans to enhance account performance.



What We're Looking for in a Business Development Manager:

  • Goal-Oriented Professional: Committed to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent Planner: Prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of sales and business development processes.
  • Experience: Previous experience in Account Management or Sales is essential.
  • Essential Requirement: Full valid Driving Licence.
