Contract Commercial Lawyer

I am currently working alongside a Local authority based in Northallerton. They are seeking a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their legal team on a contract basis. If you are a Qualified Solicitor/Lawyer with experience in Commercial Law this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Role: Contract Commercial Lawyer

Location: Northallerton (Hybrid)

Rate: £40-£50 an hour

Contract Length: 3 Month ongoing

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to this company's commercial activities
• Draft, review and negotiate Commercial contracts
• Advise on public sector grant agreements and public procurement's
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation and regulations

About you

• Qualified Solicitor or legal executive
• Clear Commercial legal background within a public sector environment
• Able to deal with a variety of commercial contracts, public sector grant agreements and public procurement's
